With Paris’ journey back to jail dominating the news this weekend, one can only wonder what has happened to the idea of celebrity over the last few years. Are they just spoiled socialites or teen drama queens? So it was nice to see a true actress - and a natural beauty, to boot - like Gwyneth Paltrow strolling around Santa Monica looking effortlessly classy. I don’t think Hilton or Lohan would’ve impressed too much in films like The Talented Mr. Ripley or Shakespeare in Love, don’t ya think? Go Gwyneth!

Rick and Kathy Hilton attended church in Beverly Hills on Sunday, just two days after their daughter Paris was re-sentenced back to prison. Perhaps they were asking forgiveness for sins… but whose sins exactly? Theirs or Paris’? One can only wonder!

PARIS UPDATE! - As X17 told your first, on Saturday, Lynwood officials were NOT looking forward to her scheduled return to the all-female facility and now it is confirmed, according to our source, that Paris will not return and will finish out the remainder of her sentence at the Twin Towers facility, in the medical ward.
Maybe they're praying for Paris to get out early. If so, it worked - kinda!

The two Nick stars turned out in support of Emma’s new film Nancy Drew at the Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood Saturday. Both girls look fabulous, but while Emma’s looking sophisticated and glamorous in a black cocktail dress and patent-leather pumps, Jamie Lynn’s looking far more age-appropriate in a summery orange shortsuit!
