The alleged song thief does it again!

We try to avoid her “music” as much as possible, so we didn’t catch on to this until it was just pointed out to us.

It has been brought to our attention by an astute reader that the beginning of Avril Lavigne’s song I Don’t Have To Try - off her new album The Best Damn Thing sounds IDENTICAL to I’m The Kinda by a true Canadian artist, Peaches - off her album Fatherfucker.

The first 20 seconds of Avril’s song are a carbon copy - musically and thematically - of the Peaches track.

We don’t care enough about Avril to make a side-by-side comparison.

If somebody gets around to doing this….let us know!

So much for Hilary and Brody! (If there ever even was a Hilary and Brody.) The Duff girls - seriously, Hilary needs to leave Haylie home at least ONE night a week - were accompanied by Mr. Frankie Delgado as they left Les Deux Friday night… you remember him, right? And that’s not all: Sharon Stone made a rare appearance at Mr. Chow’s this Saturday (as did Jerry Springer!) and signed a few autographs for fans. Tila Tequila and Brody Jenner were also at Les Deux, and our favorite Lindsay-friend Samantha Ronson was spotted at the Roosevelt. Hmm, hope Lindsay won’t be out partying with her anytime soon!
Who thinks Samantha will try to worm her way into another female celeb's life? Maybe Hilary Duff? Nah, that wouldn't happen!
