Uh oh! Major dramz!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that a major incident happened in the ongoing baby battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.

Aaron Cohen and his team of Israeli military-trained commandos were trying to serve papers to another Britney insider Tuesday afternoon when all hell broke loose.

The person - a man close to Spears by the name of Sam - was arriving at his home in Venice when he noticed Cohen and his team and freaked out.

“He drove into Aaron’s car and sped off,” a source tells us. “He didn’t even obey the nearby stop sign!”

The man was not served.

Police went to the scene to speak with Cohen and investigate the hit and run.

Why is Britney’s camp so skittish about the truth????

As we reported earlier, Spears’ former manager, Larry Rudolph, is in hiding because he’s doesn’t want to testify against Britney. He’s afraid it would hurt her custody chances.

Something fishy is going on here.

Hopefully the Department of Children and Family Services will discover some good juice in the child abuse investigation they have going on now with Spears!

Rumors are flying about a possible suicide attempt by Owen Wilson. The comedy actor was rushed to the hospital after he is rumored to have taken some pills and cut his wrist.

According to “Entertainment Tonight,” Wilson was at the hospital to undergo detoxification and was visited there by Andrew, younger brother Luke and his parents.

Wilson’s publicist would not respond to reports that Wilson’s wrists were slashed or that he had taken an overdose of pills.

Owen has been in some huge movies in recent years including such titles as “Meet the Parents” and “Wedding Crashers”, but his role in “Me, You, and Dupree” started a short lived romance with Kate Hudson. The romance ended in May and Kate has moved on to Dax from “Punked”. Owens publicist released a statement asking for privacy and understanding during the recovery. We all wish Owen the best on a safe and speedy recovery as he brings joy to many people with his work.

Poor Sean Preston and Jayden James are stuck in the middle of what’s becoming an intensely ugly custody battle — now, Access Hollywood is reporting that child abuse claims might be raised. If either Kevin or Britney were to bring those charges against the other, that would lead to a “full blown” hearing with witnesses and experts testifying — the whole deal.

In other “abuse” news, The Insider is reporting that our girl Brit’s puppy, London, has NOT been mistreated. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles says that a vet confirms the dog received “proper medical attention for a leg injury.” SpcaLA also wanted to “thank Ms. Spears for her cooperation on this matter.”

Now back to the boys … just last Friday, Kevin had Britney’s parents over to babysit the boys while he was in North Carolina shooting his cameo on “One Tree Hill” and here’s the scene …
Seems this is just the beginning, unfortunately, of a long, drawn-out battle between to former spouses for custody of Sean and Jayden.
