Kevin Federline is claiming that Britney Spears is violating the court’s drug testing order by not making herself available in a timely fashion when she is called for random tests.

K-Fed’s lawyer is expected to ask L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon on Thursday to modify the existing custody order. Team Federline is seeking to limit Britney’s visitation rights even more.

It’s going to be a bitter battle for the babies!

Neither Unfitney nor Federline will be present. And, even if she were required to be present, Britney would probably miss it!
