Jessica “Don’t Call Me Latina” Alba has another dud on her hands!
The actress, who can’t open a film, may have happy baby news but she won’t be thrilled to learn that her new film, The Eye, has failed at the box office.
Despite major promotion from Alba, her movie is projected to only take in $12-15 million this weekend on 2436 screens in the U.S.
By comparison the new Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana 3D concert film is expected to take in a WHOPPING $25-30 million for Friday - Sunday. AND, that movie was only released on 683 screens in theaters across the country!
The Hannah Montana movie has set a new record for biggest opening of a concert film and a 3D movie.
Poor Jessica!
She should take a nice LONG maternity break!
