The California Court of Appeal has rejected a claim challenging the Britney Spears conservatorship. Attorney Jon Eardley filed the claim several weeks ago on Brit’s behalf, and the Court announced a ruling today, stating that the notice of appeal is “hereby dismissed as being taken from a nonappealable order.”

Looks like Daddy Spears is in charge for a few more months…
