Here’s our long-promised video of Britney Spears heading into Nicoletti Divani yesterday afternoon - trust us, it’s worth the wait! And to make up for taking so long to post it, we’ve nearly doubled the number of pix in our gallery of Britney looking fine in purple - can you handle this much hotness?

Despite one devoted security guard’s vest - err, best efforts, we managed to snap a few shots of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson sneaking out to a movie together at the Grove last night. C’mon, Lindsay - it’s gonna take more than a vest to keep us from recognizing you two!

His doctors have given him the go-ahead….
A&E has picked up his show….
And, now, Patrick Swayze is set to begin production on his new TV show, The Beast.
“We’re very excited to begin series production on ‘The Beast’ and even more thrilled to have Patrick on board reprising the role he played so powerfully in the pilot opposite Travis, who is certainly an emerging talent in his own right,” Bob DiBitetto, executive VP and general manager of A&E Network, said in a statement.
The network said Mr. Swayze “has responded well to treatment and his doctors have given him
the go-ahead to resume working.”
Patrick was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer earlier this year.

Spotted: Uma Thurman’s just-released from jail stalker, Jack Jordan, defying his probation by leaving Maryland, where he’s been ordered to stay with his parents, and appearing in NYC on Friday, where the actress lives and has been working on a new movie.
Put that guy in the looney bin ASAP!
