Well, Susana is back and this time she wants to make you sweat. This week Susana teaches us how to increase our heart rate by doing cardio. Because it’s the best thing to burn calories. That said, I just burnt 6000 watching this video. Six times in a row. Pass the water.

We spotted Mischa Barton in NYC yesterday, and though we approve of the neutral toned linen dress (which looks suspiciously like a romper) with the gold belt, we’re sorry to say she gets a thumbs down on the shoes and scarf combo.
Just think of how cute this outfit could have been minus the barf scarf, with gold pumps and a gold clutch! Mischa, if you’re reading this, listen to X17, not your stylist.
But hey, this is better than other creations we’ve seen her wear! Maybe the next outfit will be an improvement?
