July 2nd, 2008: Britney arrived at her lawyer's office on Sunset & Doheny. Britney's security called the police to have a Hollywood.tv photographer arrested, and it is believe there is a restraining order against the shooter now.

X17 Xclusive - July 2nd, 2008: Ashlee and Pete went to Beverly Hills Medical Plaza Wednesday, and X17 has the Xclusive video. In the parking garage Ashlee says that they don't know yet if it's a boy or a girl. Later (non-exclusive), we meet back up with them at California Pizza Kitchen and Pete pulls a pillow out of the trunk and pretends it's there new baby and cracks all sorts of jokes. After, when asked he said that the baby is a boy. Finally, when we catch up with Ashlee at Maxfield, she slips up and refers to the baby as “he.”

July 2nd, 2008: The paps caught up with Britney in the parking lot of the William Morris Agency Wednesday afternoon. She seemed to be in a good mood, but as she left she blocked her face from the paps.

We just spotted Lindsay Lohan - who turns 22 today! - out shopping with BFF Samantha Ronson at Cartier and XIV Karats in Beverly Hills. Jewelry, huh? Hmm…

Well, sorta. We spotted the fashionista, her nanny and precious daughter Harlow strolling around a Hollywood set yesterday afternoon. Is Nicole already shooting her reality show?
