August 5th, 2008: Britney hasn't been out and about shopping up a storm lately, but luckily the paps ran into her on Robertson Blvd. Tuesday afternoon. She was in and out of Surly Girl pretty quickly, but our photogs did get some video of her on her way to the car.

X17 Xclusive - August 5th, 2008: Tobey Maguire was at Four Seasons Hotel Tuesday afternoon. He was rocking his “so L.A. stubble,” which I still don't get. The past several years have been all about 'mountain man sheik' and I'm sick of it. I'll buy these rich celebrities a razor if they won't do it themselves.

We’d like to send our best wishes to former American Idol runner-up Bo Bice and his wife, Caroline Fisher.
The couple welcomed their second son, Caleb, into the world earlier today. Their first child, Aidan, was born in September 2005.
