Heather Locklear had lunch with her boyfriend Jack Wagner at the Grill in Thousand Oaks after being arrested on suspicion of DUI (prescription drugs) yesterday in Monticito, near Santa Barbara. Reports now say she may have been set up by a former Us Weekly staffer who made the 911 call and apparently tipped off the paparazzi to her arrest. Story developing …

September 29th, 2008: James Wood met a friend for lunch at Cafe Med Monday afternoon. The two seem to really be enjoying one another's company. They laugh and carry on, constantly looking back to see if the paps are still paying attention.
