It’s finally official: Britney Spears will go on her Circus tour, and Sean Preston and Jayden James will come with her. But this comes at a hefty price.

Jamie Spears and Kevin Federline have both signed a document which clears the path for Britney taking her kids on the road for her upcoming tour.

What, you ask, is in it for the FedEx man, who could have nixed this arrangement and put The Circus Starring Britney Spears in serious jeopardy?

Just ,000 a week. What a steal.

The way the tour deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney Spears to three “hubs” - New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour.

She’s also renting houses in N.J. and New Orleans for K-Fed if he wants to come along. But K-Fed gets the ,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.

Interestingly, the deal Jamie Spears and K-Fed signed effectively kills the custody arrangement they have all been following since last year.

Britney gets the kids three days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over.

Many weeks, Britney will actually have the kids more than Kevin, so in effect it’s 50/50 custody. Score one for Team Britney … and for Team Kevin, since we all know the guy wanted more time to party in Las Vegas with Victoria Prince anyway.

It was the highlight of the night for many Grammy Award viewers.

Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift performed the song “Fifteen” together during the event, later presenting the Record of the Year award to Robert Plant and Alison Krauss for their collaboration on “Please Read The Letter.”

The crowd went wild as these teen sensations rocked out, acoustic style. Take a look:

We’ll find out for certain on Wednesday, but all American Idol spoilers thus far point to Kris Allen as one of season eight’s final 36 contestants.

This college student auditioned for the show in Louisville, Kentucky, receiving anonymous approval from all four judges to move on to Hollywood.

Unfortunately, Kris Allen was only briefly featured during this round of try outs - as you can see below - but don’t worry. We’ll be hearing a lot more from him over the next few weeks…

Shenae Grimes was spotted shopping earlier this week… for groceries!

At first, we were taken aback by this development. What would happen next, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag turning down a photo opportunity?

But then we examined the contents of the 90210 star’s cart and all seemed right again in the world. Take a look for yourself:

Grimes really went all out during this food shopping spree, purchasing a solitary bag (likely full of rice cakes and carrot sticks) and a case of water.

Tonight on The Bachelor, after the President of the United States talks about some economic stimulus thing, Jason Mesnick will embark on critical hometown dates.

This is where things can really click or go terribly wrong.

It’s where Brad Womack was turned off by Bettina Bell’s dad, Tessa Horst caught Andy Baldwin’s eye, Lorenzo Lamas made a ridiculous cameo with daughter Shayne, and on the most recent The Bachelorette, Jason fell for DeAnna Pappas.

Now that the roles are reversed and he’s The Bachelor, what will tonight’s hometown dates - to Michigan, Texas, Canada and California - tell Jason about favorites Molly Malaney and Melissa Rycroft - and underdogs Naomi and Jillian?

That remains to be seen, but it wouldn’t be The Bachelor without some major surprises. For one, the previews have indicated that the parents of Melissa Rycroft do not approve of this show - and he won’t be meeting them in Big D.

She’s been considered the favorite by many - will tonight’s trip to Dallas put Molly Malaney in the driver’s seat? Or will Jillian or Naomi make a run?
