The tall, handsome drink of water is reportedly engaged to Kyla Weber. The pair was spotted together on a beach earlier this year:

According to a Star Magazine source: “He dropped to one knee to propose and presented her with a gorgeous 5,000 4-carat diamond set in platinum. They’ll have their wedding either in L.A. or Alberta, and they’re both ready to start a family immediately!”

Weber is a former real-estate agent from a small town outside of Calgary.

Vaughn’s most high-profile relationship involved Jennifer Aniston, as he was fortunate enough to be that actress’ post-Brad Pitt rebound.

It’s been quite a week for Jason Mesnick.

More than 17 million viewers watched the single dad get down on one knee and propose to Dallas beauty Melissa Rycroft on the two-hour season finale of The Bachelor, only to dump her like 45 seconds later on the “After the Final Rose” special.

Mesnick then confessed he still had feelings for Michigan department store buyer Molly Malaney - to the dismay of Rycroft, who said in her first interview after the finale that Jason lied about Molly to her on more than one occasion.

The shocking events will be hotly debated for some time, but Jason and Molly are brushing off the haters and looking very happy on the cover of People.

In an exclusive sit-down interview with the celeb news magazine, Jason again defends his decision to dump Melissa Rycroft in front of the ABC cameras.

“That was part of the deal. I signed up for this. Your relationship is - good and bad - in front of everybody,” Mesnick lied to People through his teeth.

In her interview, as well as her personal emails to Jason, Melissa Rycroft did corroborrate The Bachelor star’s statement that they drifted apart shortly after they returned from New Zealand and tried to resume their normal lives.

“After we got back into the real world, we had less to talk about, and I didn’t know why,” says Jason, who couldn’t stop thinking about the girl he left behind.

Turns out Molly Malaney shared similar feelings.

“After the finale I thought he made the wrong decision and I was so upset. I was totally shocked,” Malaney says. “I thought, Gosh, it would be so awesome if he called me up and was like ‘I made a mistake, I want you back.’”

“Never in a million years did I think it would happen.”

Kendra Wilkinson is happily engaged to Hank Baskett.

And she’s showing off the ring to prove it!

Below, Wilkinson is sporting the 2 1/4-carat princess-cut diamond piece of jewelery selected by her man; it’s surrounded by 60 diamonds “so that you can see it from all angles,” Baskett said, adding:

“I’d keep it in my safe. And I’d look at it every day before practice, then I’d clean it. I’d come home from practice and still clean it. No one else touched it, but I still cleaned it.”

Meanwhile, we’re sorry Kendra, but this isn’t the first engagement ring to make headlines this month.

Prior to breaking up with Melissa Rycroft on national TV, Jason Mesnick proposed to her with a ring that totaled 3.18 carats. It’s pictured below, along a slightly closer shot of Kendra’s new rock.

Unfortunately, her abusive maniac boyfriend will now have to face it.

The L.A. County District Attorney has just pressed charges against Chris Brown: felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony offense.

Court documents name “Robyn F.” as the alleged victim.

The real name of Rihanna - who told cops Brown had come after her before and that his attacks were getting more violent - is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.

Brown is scheduled to be arraigned today at 3:30 p.m. in L.A.

The singer could face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison for the alleged February 8 attack on girlfriend Rihanna if he is convicted.

Meanwhile, newly-leaked police notes from the scene, which FOX 11 in L.A. claims it obtained, say Brown punched, bit and threatened to kill Rihanna.

According to the news station, Rihanna read a lengthy “booty call text message” from a woman on Brown’s phone, which led to a heated argument.

Chris Brown allegedly tried to force his girlfriend out of the Lamborghini he rented for the Grammys, and hit her head against the passenger window.

Brown punched Rihanna while still driving, so hard that blood filled her mouth, then said “I’m going to beat the —- out of you when we get home.”

Rihanna called her assistant - or pretended to - and left a message saying, “I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.”

The leaked police notes say that call (fake or not) prompted Brown to reply: “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.”

Brown bit and put Rihanna in a headlock; she almost lost consciousness.

The couple officially got back together in Miami Beach last weekend.
