Tyra Banks is going back to her roots and turning over a new leaf. Literally in the case of the former, and as a figure of speech when it comes to the latter.

On today’s season premiere of The Tyra Show, the talk show host’s fifth, the supermodel took the stage with a new hairstyle. That being her real hair.

That’s right. Real hair. No wigs, no extensions. No bull.

Tyra Banks’ real hair was on display for all to see as her long tresses were styled on camera. She interviewed women who have insecurities about natural hair.

The girlfriend of John Utendahl said she wants to generate maximum attention redefine beauty and help women appreciate who they are, inside and out.

Tyra’s show is moving from syndication to the CW, airing weekdays at 4 p.m. Her reality show, America’s Next Top Model, begins its 13th cycle tomorrow.

There’s no doubt that Taylor Swift is a talented beauty.

There are many questions, however, over why the young icon was photographed for a recent issue of Elle in a supermarket aisle. We were much happier when she was hanging out on set with Taylor Lautner.

Odd picture locales aside, the singer dished on her second album, Fearless, with the magazine. She said:

“Fearless is a record I will look back on when I’m 85 and think, I’m really proud of that piece of music. It’s my diary from the time I was 16 to 18. I’ll never capture that in a better way.”

Elle probably could have captured Taylor in a better way, though. But no matter. She’s still a cutie in the pics below…

Mangy Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson used to be married to gorgeous actress Kate Hudson. They have a five-year-old son named Ryder.

Now the 42-year-old rocker is expecting his second baby with some woman named Allison Bridges. Way to pass the DNA on a second time, Chris!

The singer and his girlfriend of nearly two years “will welcome their first child in early 2010,” his rep confirms this afternoon. Congratulations!

Chris Robinson has knocked up Allison Bridges. If you have a picture of her, by all means send one in. For now, you’re stuck with Kate Hudson. She’s pretty at least.

The rocker’s 12th album, Before the Frost… Until the Freeze, hit stores last week. Ryder has yet to issue a press release regarding his future half-sibling.

Kate Hudson, meanwhile, is spending her time at Yankees games cheering on new beau Alex Rodriguez. She supposedly wants to have A-Rod’s baby too.

Okay, so Lady Gaga is not a hermaphrodite after all. Her vadge was very offended by the rumor that has been circulating to that effect, as a matter of fact.

But that doesn’t mean she’s not a raging coke head.

The singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, may be only 23 years old, but she’s had quite the roller-coaster life in the time leading up to her fame.

After dropping out of college, she lived at home with her folks in New York City and developed a pretty big cocaine habit, which she discusses quite openly.

Until her dad intervened, her life just consisted of staying in her room snorting loads of the drug. Preferably while listening to The Cure. Who’s surprised?

Another day, another Lady Gaga interview. And absurd outfit.

“My cocaine soundtrack was The Cure,” Lady GaGa said. “I loved all their music, but I listened to their songs on repeat while I did bags and bags of cocaine.”

“I didn’t think there was anything wrong with me until my friends came over and said, ‘Are you doing this alone?’ I replied, ‘Um, yes. Me and my mirror.’”

Now Gaga puts that mirror to better use, like checking out how her outfits look … eh, not really, most magazine spreads feature Lady Gaga nude these days.

While she admittedly likes to party, she said she kicked the coke habit due to her father and the fact that she would frequently panic while she was on drugs.

In other words, she doesn’t want to be Lindsay Lohan. Wise.

It’s official. Christina Milian is living The-Dream.

Or at least married to it. Or him. You get the point.

The singer-actress officially tied the knot with music producer The-Dream in Vegas at a place famous for its “Drive-Thru Tunnel of Vows.” Romantic.

It went down close to midnight at the legendary Little White Wedding Chapel, the same spot Britney Spears married Jason Alexander back in 2004.

According to Milian’s marriage license, they said “I Do” at exactly 12:00 a.m. Friday. She wore a rented dress for 0, including shoes and veil.

Talk about a steal.

Christina Milian has married The-Dream. We think that’s him.

It’s not a big surprise they got hitched, since they applied for a marriage license last month, and those bad boys are usually only good for 90 days.

News of their engagement broke July 20. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. The-Dream! Here’s hoping she hyphenates her last name two.
