Lost in the shuffle of Kanye West’s tirade, the New Moon trailer, Janet Jackson’s tribute to Michael, and Lady Gaga’s outfits was one burning question:

What the f*%k happened to Stephanie Pratt’s face?!

The Hills’ resident airhead and sister of Spencer Pratt used to be a fairly cute girl, save for the small fact that she looked like a female Spencer Pratt.

But now she’s just another heinous looking bleach-blonde tramp, trying to look hot while eliminating anything about her that was once attractive.

She’s like a half-wit Aubrey O’Day-Heidi Montag hybrid. Sad.

We don’t know for a fact that she had plastic surgery, but … oh, hell, we pretty much do. Give us a break. Look at the Stephanie Pratt pics below!

It’s still unclear whether or not Megan Fox is dating Brian Austin Green. At the very least, the pair is hanging out and having sex. (Damn you, BAG!)

But if anyone is hoping to steal the actress from the actor, she recently offered a look inside her heart, telling People:

“I don’t like boys who are mean to their mommies. That’s a real turn off for me. And I don’t like boys who aren’t chivalrous. To me, not being respectful is a big deal.”

While at the Toronto International Film Festival, Fox added:

“I like someone who has a super gentle spirit and energy. I’m really gentle, and so I like a boy who will treat me that way.”

She’s also a complete and utter bitch, at least according the crew of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Shockingly, Fox dismisses this criticism.

“I was never a bad girl and am still not,” Fox said. “I just speak my mind openly. That’s who I am.”

One of the many women who somehow slept with Lil Wayne and let him hit it without protection welcomed a child last week. Congratulations, we guess!

The rapper and actress Lauren London - one of two women Weezy knocked up in the past year - celebrated the birth of their first child on Wednesday.

“Lauren London and Dwayne Carter welcomed their healthy baby boy into the world on 09-09-09,” says the rep for London, whose acting credits include I Love You Beth Cooper and guest stints on 90210 and Entourage.

“Everyone is happy and well.”

Lil Wayne has two children from previous relationships - a 9-year-old daughter from his two-year marriage to Antonia Carterand a 10-month-old son.

Wayne has not disclosed the latter’s mom. But he’s about to be four-for-four - that many kids by that many women. It’s even more impressive than Jason Wahler being arrested that many times in as many different states.

Lil Wayne, a.k.a. The Sperminator, may not be done yet.

Singer Nivea Hamilton, one of Wayne’s many lovers, phoned into an Atlanta radio station and revealed she is pregnant and Lil Wayne may have done the honors.

Someone needs to take his own advice and quit ramming them hos.

It’s official: Kanye West is an awful human being.

A day after his much-vieweed outburst against Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards, celebrities from all industries have come together on Twitter and spoken out against the egotistical rapper.

One event, so many Lady Gaga pictures.

All day long, we have been pitting two celebrities against one another in style showdowns. But Lady Gaga has no counterpart or peer in the fashion arena.

Without a doubt, the possible hermaphrodite cannot be matched in terms of fashion originality. Whether she’s raising or lowering the bar is another story.

In addition to the absurd getup she donned at the event itself, Gaga changed into two more outfits for last night’s MTV Video Music Awards press room, held at Radio City Music Hall, and its star-studded after party, also in New York City.
