Embattled, heat-packing NBA star Gilbert Arenas has entered a plea of guilty to one felony count of carrying an unlicensed firearm in the District of Columbia.

He has yet to be sentenced, and could still end up doing time for having the illegal gun. It is estimated that a low-end sentence would carry under six months.

Arenas’ plea came after an investigation into a locker room standoff he had with teammate Javaris Crittenton in December and became a huge sports scandal.

The Washington Wizards player has to turn in his passport and is no longer allowed to possess any firearms. An investigation into Crittenton remains open.

During court proceedings this afternoon, new details of the now-infamous locker room standoff, which must be read to be believed, have also been revealed.

It all went down December 19, when Arenas and Crittenton became “involved in a verbal exchange after a card game,” during which Arenas - who claims it was just a joke - and the teammate made “mutual threats to shoot one another.”

Two days later, Arenas - who had four guns at the Verizon Center - “placed them on the chair of a teammate with a note stating, reportedly in jest, “PICK 1.’”

When Javaris Crittenton arrived, Arenas reportedly stated, “You said you were going to shoot me, so I thought you would like some firepower. Pick One.”

Ken Wainstein, a lawyer for Arenas, said afterward that Gilbert “accepted full responsibility for his actions, acknowledged that those actions were wrong and against the law, and has apologized to all who have been affected by his conduct.”

He is due back in court on March 26.

Arenas is prohibited, as are all NBA players, from bringing firearms into the arena, and the team could be looking to void his 1 million contract as a result.

This felony conviction definitely gives them more ammo. Pun intended.

When Audrina Patridge is calling you out for having too plastic surgery, you’ve got issues. Then again, Heidi Montag is probably just thrilled to be mentioned at all.

After all, The Hills star insists on calling herself a pop star and claims her debut album is on par with Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Whatever keeps her in the news.

Audrina’s take on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery is that it’s her body and her choice, but at the same time, she herself wouldn’t be tempted to go nearly that far.

“I haven’t seen how she looks, so it’s hard for me to comment on it, but these are her decisions, and as long as Heidi’s happy, that’s all that matters,” Audzo said.

Very diplomatic.

Audrina Patridge has only mild criticism for her plastic pal.

Rumors that Audrina herself has fake boobs and has undergone other plastic surgery procedures in the past have circulated widely, but she’s never confirmed it.

Supermodel Claudia Schiffer and her husband, director Matthew Vaughn, have just announced that they are expecting their third child together.

“We are delighted with the news and can’t wait to add to our family,” the 39-year-old said in a statement, adding that baby #3 is due this May.

The two - who wed in May 2002 - are already parents to two children, Caspar, 6, and Clementine, 5. The gender of their new sibling is unknown.

“I love being pregnant,” she has said. “You can do whatever you want. You don’t feel guilty, because I used to feel guilty about having a day off.”

“And, you know, something really strange happened to me. Before my pregnancies, I was someone who had to watch their weight,” she adds.

“I had a personal trainer, I was working out, all the time, and I would never eat anything sweet. Anyway, I got pregnant and when I was breastfeeding it just came off. I can eat whatever I want. If I don’t eat enough I will lose weight.”
