Dancing with the Stars Recap: The Passion of Pamela Anderson

Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger are the clear front-runners this season on Dancing with the Stars, and led the pack with top two scores again in week four.

Perhaps because of their consistently terrific performances, we’re almost taking them for granted at this point. Monday night’s third-highest finisher, however?

Telling Pamela Anderson to “dance for the ballroom, not the bedroom,” as Bruno did, is a lost cause. She is what she is, and that is actually a decent dancer.

Grinding on and looking poised to mount Damian Whitewood at a moment’s notice, Pam still managed to be Pam and earn high praise from the DWTS judges.

Len said her rumba was “understated and had sophistication,” while Bruno had to admit that Pam’s “elegance and refinement can still be drop dead sexy!”

Pamela Anderson brings the hotness … and technical aptitude.

The dance genres of “Passion Night” were tangos and rumbas, and the challenge twofold - on this night, the scoring system doubled, with certain moves required.

In the “Double Score Showdown,” each pair could earn a maximum of 60 points (30 for technique, 30 for performance). Did anyone approach that gold standard?

Follow the jump for the official scores and a ton of photos from last night, as well as our predictions and poll for who you think should be voted off this week …

The favorites

Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya (Tango)
Score: Technical: 26 (9-8-9). Performance: 26 (9-8-9).
Total: 52.

Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough (Rumba)
Score: Technical: 25 (9-8-8). Performance: 25 (8-8-9).
Total: 50.

Looking safe

Pamela Anderson and Damian Whitewood (Rumba)
Score: Technical: 23 (7-8-8). Performance: 24 (8-7-9).
Total: 47.

Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke (Rumba)
Score: Technical: 21 (7-6-8). Performance: 23 (8-7-8).
Total: 44.

Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Tango)
Score: Technical: 18 (6-6-6). Performance: 21 (7-7-7).
Total: 39.

Potentially in trouble

Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower (Tango)
Score: Technical: 19 (6-7-6). Performance: 19 (7-6-6).
Total: 38.

Niecy Nash and Louis Van Amstel (Rumba)
Score: Technical: 18 (6-6-6). Performance: 18 (6-6-6).
Total: 36.

Aiden Turner and Edyta Sliwinska (Rumba)
Score: Technical: 15 (5-5-5). Performance: 18 (6-6-6).
Total: 33.

Kate Gosselin and Tony Dovolani (Tango)
Score: Technical: 14 (4-5-5). Performance: 18 (6-6-6).
Total: 32.

So who’s going home tonight? Only Kate Gosselin could set the bar so low that the judges would term last night’s mediocrity her “breakthrough,” but such is life.

Even Tony wants her gone. But don’t hold your breath, man.

If the dreadful efforts put forth the previous two weeks didn’t get her kicked off, se’ll probably stick around this week too. That means Aiden Turner is in big trouble.

We’d also be sweating if we were Niecy Nash and Jake Pavelka. Neither were particularly impressive Monday, and both likely lack the fan support of Erin and Maks.

Who are you rooting for on Dancing with the Stars?

Ryan Phillippe to Media: Stop $hiting on Me!

Ryan Phillippe is sick of the press referring to him as a jerk.

This may be a crazy thought, but perhaps the jerk of an actor should have thought of that before he cheated on Reese Witherspoon.

Phillippe actually shared this thought with Howard Stern after a rep for Abbie Cornish announced that his client and the Stop-Loss star had broken up in February.

The actor’s beef? He and Cornish privately ended their four-year relationship face-to-face, so why the get the press involved: “Who announces a breakup?” he asked. “I don’t understand that! There’s no need for that.”

Note to Phillippe: you’re a public figure. Get over it.

What a Jerk

Phillippe continued to rant to the radio host.

“I’m tired of getting s-it on,” he said. “I don’t feel like I deserve it. Things happen! How many people have you broken up with over your life?”

How many A-list, Oscar-winning actresses - with whom we’ve borne two children - have we cheated on with another young starlet, you mean? Zero, thanks for asking.

Moreover, who is crapping on Ryan Phillippe?!? The guy is hosting Saturday Night Live this week. He’s worked steadily for years. Sounds to us like the actor is throwing himself an attention-grabbing pity party. Don’t RSVP, readers!

In closing, Phillippe said he and Witherspoon, who share joint custody of their kids, have mended all fences: “It’s gotten to a place where we’re great friends and great co-parents.”

That’s great. Now stop whining, dude.

Vienna Girardi Scores Extra Sweet TV Gig

Talk about jumping the shark Extra hard.

Continuing its time-honored tradition of making reporters out of D-list celebrities with no redeeming qualities, the celebrity gossip show has given a job to …

… Vienna Girardi!

That’s right, Jake Pavelka’s fiancee is joining Extra as a reporter. Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods mistress and fellow new Extra employee, would be so proud.

“I start my new job today as Ms. Vienna Girardi Extra TV Report[er],” the Floridia native posted on Twitter Monday. “My first interview is with DWTS tonight!”

Isn’t that a conflict of interest or something?

Girardi teased on Facebook over the weekend that she’d have a “big surprise for everyone on Monday.” Guess she wasn’t talking that story on her drug lord ex.

The former Hooters waitress and topless model recently moved to L.A. with Pavelka to support her pilot fiance while he competes on Dancing With the Stars.

Now her annoying a$$ will be supporting him on camera and off.

Beauty Battle: Lauren Conrad vs. Megan Fox

It’s the good girl vs. the bad girl. The sweet vs. the sexy.

Lauren Conrad recently rocked bright red lips with a bit of liner to balance a bright smile, while Megan Fox put her own spin on it, looking downright devilish!

Man, LC just looks as cute as can be, while Megan looks like she should star in True Blood or The Vampire Diaries. Or a movie like Eclipse or Jennifer’s Body.

Who wore the look better? You tell us in the survey below …

The Pretty LCA Foxy Lady

Who looks more luscious with those lips?

Kayden Nguyen Sues Steven Seagal for Sex Toy Treatment

Steven Seagal is under siege, as a woman named Kayden Nguyen is out for justice following allegedly heinous acts committed by the actor.

According to TMZ, Nguyen has sued Seagal. The charge: Trafficking women for sex.

A 23-year-old former model, Kayden says she interviewed with Seagal in February 2009 for the position of executive assistant. The good news? She got the gig. The bad news?

“Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” she says in the lawsuit.

Because one of these “Attendants” had recently quit, Kayden alleges she was expected to fulfill those duties. Specifically, Seagal treated her “as his sex toy,” Nguyen claims, going into detail about how he shoved his hands under her skirt and pants, and attempted to fondle her boobs.

A case of alleged sex trafficking? Sounds like a case for Steven Seagal Lawman!

Along with these allegations of sexual assault, Nguyen accuses the actor of forcing her to consume illegal pills.  He supposedly said to her: “My wife wouldn’t mind if you and I had a sexual relationship.”

Nguyen is seeking over a million dollars in damages.

Seagal has been seeking a respectable movie career for about thirty years now.
