In case that wasn’t obvious by the singer’s choice to exit the Disney Channel show this year, Cyrus makes it abundantly clear in her music video for “Can’t Be Tamed.”

While the full video won’t be premiere for 24 hours - return to THG tomorrow night after 7 p.m. for its online debut! - E! News has released an image from it.

Angelina Tracy continues to insist that she isn’t banging Charlie Sheen, but that hasn’t stopped Brooke Mueller from packing up and leaving.

According to Radar Online, insiders and reps may claim the couple is “evaluating things,” but that’s mere PR (and BS). In reality, Charlie and Brooke have officially split, now that a financial arrangement has been reached.

With a payout from Sheen to Mueller in its final stages, Brooke will walk away with a substantial amount of cash, “but not a fortune” a friend said, adding:

“It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.”

Heck, an iTunes gift card should be enough to leave Sheen. Trust us, Brooke, you and your children will be better off, even if it does mean fewer drug-induced threesomes for you.

The divorce announcement will not be made until Sheen has reached a plea bargain in his Colorado court case. But make no mistake, this source says:

“It’s over and the hardest part has been worked out: the money.”

Britney Spears recorded “Telephone” before Lady Gaga … according to sketchy reports and a “leaked” demo purported to be Spears’ original recording of it.

According to Gawker, Lady Gaga wrote the tune for Britney, who passed on it for her Circus album. Ol’ Peg Leg took it back for herself, and it became a hit.

Perez Hilton is convinced that it’s Britney doing Gaga’s “Telephone.” Spears’ longest-running fan site, World of Britney, denies the vocals are by its namesake.

“There was almost no Auto Tune in the actual song,” the site said. “It was raw vocals and that isn’t the song. Those of you with ears can hear its [sic] not B.”

Um, okay … because Britney Spears is all about raw vocal ability and never uses Auto Tune or any sort of overdubs or enhancements whatsoever … no way.

Kat Von D says you shouldn’t have beef with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.

Well, not because of her tattoos at least. You can hate her for being an adulterer, fame-seeking sellout and overall waste of space, but lay off the tats.

“You can’t judge a book by its cover,” the L.A. Ink star said. “I think there’s always been a negative stigma surrounding tattoos, especially on women.”

“To me, it is all about how you carry yourself, and some people carry it differently, I guess. For me, I just want to be a positive example of tattooing.”

As long as you don’t screw an Oscar winner’s husband, Kat, you’re good.

She doesn’t think it’s fair to say that Michelle “Bombshell” McGee’s look sparked her affair with Jesse James, ending his marriage to Sandra Bullock.

McGee bears quite the resemblance to James’ porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder … and to Kat Von D nude, come to think of it. See photo above.

“There have been many cases in the past that have been fully exploited where people have affairs and then they have absolutely no tattoos, so if we were to sit there and dissect that, that would be pointless and very time consuming,” Kat said.

That settles that. People have affairs no matter what. Jesse James, tons of tattoos, a bunch of mistresses. Tiger Woods? No tattoos, 121 mistresses.

Foolproof theory, Kat. The real question: Who would you rather … y’know?
