Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise is a huge hit because TV viewers love a glimpse into the lives of the rich and obnoxious. Well, one star is only the latter.

New Jersey housewives will soon have the chance to own part of reality TV history as Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, are set to auction off their stuff.

Their 16-room, 10,000-square-foot Towaco, N.J., mansion’s contents will be sold in a bankruptcy auction to take place there August 22, according to reports.

According to court documents, the couple owe .85 million to creditors - and that doesn’t even take into account the newly-filed Danielle Staub lawsuit.

Teresa Giudice recently said of her fiscal woes: “When people fall, the way to success is to get up and learn from our mistakes. We are in that process.”

Among the items up for bid will be a grand piano, two LCD TVs, a decorative urn, an antique pool table, a suit of armor, four chandeliers, a jet boat, a snowplow, framed paintings and numerous pieces of furniture, according to the auction company.

All stuff they couldn’t actually pay for but purchased anyway, because these are the kinds of values fostered by the Housewives programs, and arguably society in general. Nice work. The reality couple reportedly filed for bankruptcy last year.

“Due to the economy, most of my husband’s real estate ventures failed despite his hard work and effort,” Teresa said, ignoring their shady financial practices.

“As a result, we looked to the Bankruptcy Court for a fresh start.”

Another fresh start idea: Savings accounts. Just saying.

After an contentious, ugly split from Hulk Hogan and an unusual courtship with a (much) younger man, Linda Hogan and Charlie Hill are getting married.

Sometimes you gotta marry your daughter’s classmate. You know how it is.

Linda is 50 and Charlie 21. They began dating over two years ago. At least Hill, who went to school with Brooke Hogan, can drink at his own wedding.

The Brooke Knows Best star and wannabe singer, who has gone on record with her opinion of the couple, looks down on the union: “I personally don’t like it at all or condone it. But she’s my mom, so I have to show her support,” she said.

Charlie Hill first got with cougar Linda Hogan at age 19.

According to some reports, the pair will wed on the Alimoney, the yacht that Linda got in the bitter divorce, finalized last year. Classy name for a boat.

Will Hulk, who’s gotten re-engaged himself, to Brooke look-alike Jennifer McDaniel, give the couple his blessing? Surprisingly, it looks like he might.

“I’m ecstatic for her, I’m very happy for them. I think they’re perfect for each other. I wish them the best,” he said in a statement to Radar Online.

Hulk’s attorney offered similar well wishes for Linda Hogan and a desire to put the combative period in the former couple’s lives behind them.

Congrats, Linda and Charlie! Think it will last?

The entire cast is intact and now filming Season 3, to boot … and then some. Deena Nicole, a self-proclaimed “Bad Ass Brunette,” will play a big role.

Where did the new star come from? Sources say she was already BFFs with Snooki and seems like she’s going to fit in well with the rest of the cast.

Deena, real name is Deena Nicole Cortese, and is good friends with Snooki, who helped get her cast. She was also hangin’ with J-Woww on Saturday.

The 23-year-old is a former cheerleader who was on the squad at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, N.J. She went to New Egypt High School.

Jersey Shore’s new girl looks like … the other Jersey Shore girls.

Maybe Garden State Governor Chris Christie, who recently called out the show, will be satisfied that they added another bona fide Jersey-ite at least.

Well, at least until he sees Deena Nicole’s racy MySpace page, which is filled with profanity-laced proclamations and sexy shots of her drinking, etc.

“I don’t give a f**k,” is interspersed with sexy pics and quotes like “I’m addictive and expensive like cocaine. I should just have my own TV show!”

The foul-mouthed female also recorded a video blog on her MySpace page in 2008, in which she rants about the way she’s been treated by dudes.

Swearing revenge, she says, “we’re gonna play you out, n**ga.”

Yup, sounds like she should fit in fine with Ronnie Magro & Co.

Sources close to production confirm Deena will be appearing in a number of episodes in Season 3, but isn’t considered a “permanent” cast member.
