Lea Michele – Glee’s Rachel Berry - was spotted out for dinner with her boyfriend Theo Stockman and Glee cast mates Chris Colfer and Jenna Ushkowitz at Izaka Ya in LA.

They look like they had a great time, with Lea and Chris (who plays the adorable Kurt on the show) hugging good bye before Lea joined her boyfriend in the car.

Lea has been plagued by rumors of her being a ‘diva’ on the Glee set, but these pictures seem to make it appear that the cast gets along great!

I can’t wait for the new season of Glee, which airs on Tuesday, September 21st at 8pm! I think I’m most looking forward to the Britney Spears episode!

As in, like, NOW. TMZ reports that last week, AnnaLynne McCord got into a fender bender with a guy named Aaron while driving her sister Angel’s car.

McCord allegedly got into the accident last Tuesday with a guy named Aaron … who tells TMZ the actress smacked into him while she was driving a Mini Cooper that belonged to her sister Angel.

In fact, Aaron says AnnaLynne accepted blame and was “very apologetic” at the scene.

So far, so good, right? Everything reportedly was okay until Aaron did what any of us would do: filed a claim with the insurance company.

That’s why Aaron says he was shocked a few days later when he received a very angry phone call from Angel McCord — who cussed him out for filing an insurance claim.

Aaron tells us he didn’t get mad, he got even — posting AnnaLynne’s phone number on his Facebook page so his 361 friends could “call her and let her know what a deadbeat she is.”

Goodness! Can you imagine? I bet AnnaLynne’s phone blew up with calls. Maybe Angel and AnnaLynne had some kind of miscommunication over the accident?

TMZ says the ‘90210’s’ star’s rep had no comment but “a source” said Aaron could expect a cease-and-desist letter over the Facebook posting.

It could’ve been worse. Aaron could have made the post available to anyone logged into Facebook, whether they were on his Friends’ list or not. Either way, if AnnaLynne doesn’t have a new phone number yet, I’m sure she will. Like, any hour now

Well, it turns out the rumors were true: Danielle Staub is leaving the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey.’ Bravo has made the official announcement.

“The reunion was Danielle’s last appearance on The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” said Andy Cohen, Bravo’s senior vice president of original programming and development who also hosts the reunion shows. “We thought the hugs were a great way to end two seasons of bitterness between the women.”

What will the housewives of New Jersey do without their villian? I’m sure there’s another one waiting in the wings- LOL.

Ben Affleck sat down with Entertainment Weekly to talk about his new movie, ‘The Town.’ Like his directorial debut, ‘Gone, Baby, Gone,’ it’s set in his hometown of Boston. Does he worry about being known as the guy who makes movies in Boston?

That was one of the things that almost made me not want to do The Town. I thought, I’m going to be the guy who makes crime movies in Somerville, [Mass.]. I guess from an actor’s point-of-view, you worry about being typecast.

It sounds like it wasn’t enough to stop him from doing it, though

Apparently, Ben’s ‘The Town’ co-star, Jon Hamm, said walking around Boston with Ben was like walking around with the mayor.

[Laughs] He’s probably exaggerating. People probably know who I am in Boston just because of Good Will Hunting and Gone Baby Gone. It’s a double-edged sword: Being the local boy you definitely get some support and you also…there’s tougher scrutiny.

So would Ben, who’s interest in politics is well-known, ever consider running for office there?

I don’t want to hold office. Every day that seems like a worse and worse job to have. Look at the level of political discourse now. It’s very depressing to me. I did a lot of research down in D.C. when I did State of Play [Affleck played a congressman in the 2009 film], and it’s not unlike Hollywood. It’s a one-horse town. Everyone’s jockeying with one another for power, prestige, and image and they’ll stab each other in the back as fast as they can. The only difference is the stakes are a bit higher, which makes it sadder.

I don’t know… I wouldn’t be surprised if Ben ran for office in 10-15 years
