Katie Holmes stepped out of her car in NYC last night sporting these wacky socks. Who knew the actress had a thing for funky footwear?

While I can live with the colorful socks, the sweater just isn’t doing it for me. The sleeves are an awkward, frumpy length, and the color really resembles that of a certain singing dinosaur.
She almost got it.
