Marlon Wayans Got A Parking Ticket

July 31st, 2008: The paps caught up with Marlon Wayans Thrusday afternoon. He parked his car on Melrose Ave. and while he was gone he got a ticket. If Damon Wayans were there, he'd surely say, “Homey don't play that!”
